► Honeykit was the youngest in a litter of three, and though she initially wanted to be a medicine cat, there was no room for an apprentice at the time. Instead, Honeypaw took to sticking her nose into the nursery and apprenticed under a queen named Peachpelt, learning to care for kits and identify minor complications to calm the queens nursing for their young. Sure, it was a somewhat unorthodox path for a cat to take, but why not? The safety of all kits is a core tenant of the code, after all-- and it didn't seem like Starclan had any objections, according to the acting medicine cat at the time.
Given the name Honeyblossom, she became a permanent carer in the nursery at fourteen moons, and seemed happy enough with this life over any other.
Honeyblossom had her first litter with on-again, off-again mate Shellbeak at twenty-four moons and gave birth to Mistkit and Driftkit, who would later become Mistpool and Driftstorm.
She had a single kit two years later at forty-six moons, Rippleshine.
And, at sixty-seven moons, she had her third litter of three kits: Minnowkit, Reedkit and Pebblekit.
