CHERRYDAWN INHALED THE COOL SCENT OF rain as she emerged from the warrior's den. it wasn't the first rainfall of the season, but it was welcomed all the same; cherrydawn did not want the terror of fire destroying her home. as her paws touched the cool stone, she walked lightly out into the open. dawn patrol had already been assigned, hunting patrols were just leaving. in no time at all the camp seemed pretty dead due to the rain.

pondering the thought of what to do with her day, she glanced at the fresh-kill pile, which was already diminished, and decided that she'd go out on a solo hunting trip and not waste her day. tail held high along with her head, she padded through the camp exit and maintained a solid pace, giving her friendly hellos and nods as she passed by fellow skyclanners.

first, she started in the whispering woods and managed to find to find a couple of mice. not bad! since she was close to camp still, she decided to drop her prey off and ate the smaller of the two, before heading out again. this time, she moved towards the tall grass. she spent a good chunk of time here, managing to snag some birds and small rabbit but not without losing multiple rabbits.

during her hunting, she had wandered close the thunderclan and skyclan border. the border itself is depicted by two identical borders: and if not for them the area more or less looks the exact same - at least to cherrydawn anyways.
