As an individual I was inspired by the lore of ancient Egypt. To simply put it for those unfamiliar, Osiris is an Egyptian God who symbolizes resurrection and death, known to be the god of the underworld. He was also known as the god of fertility. It is my understanding he was once a king of Egypt who was murdered and dismembered by his brother, Seth. His wife, Isis, then resurrected him by reassembling him, and they were able to conceived their son (and god) Horus.
Why Osiris? I have fondness for them all, but Anubis is a close second. I have always been fascinated with the underworld in every religion and mythology; they usually have the most tragic stories and, to me, are some of the most relatable. It's poetic in a sense.
A bit corny, but I actually got into Egyptian lore from Yu-Gi-Oh! back in the day. My older brother had them all and I watched them over and over. As I grew older I started doing my own fun research and it just became a hobby. I'm still always learning and don't claim to be an expert, so any information that may be incorrect, please enlighten me!
I have been on ProBoards since 2017. I found RPing is a great creative outlet, considering I'm an introvert. I'm still learning the warrior cat lingo, I usually do animal RPs but Warrior Cats has taken some time to learn the lingo and herbs and just general rules of the clan ha ha. So please bear with me!
I came across this site because of ❥ dreamy (thank you! and thank you for this posting template). We used to RP on a deer site way back when and stayed in touch since. I've been wanting to get back into a Warrior Cat RP but I'm not fond of JCINK, and the majority of ProBoards are inactive or have way too much going on that it's too confusing for me. So it was really nice being introduced here!
