Wheatstar is a ginger and white tabby she-cat. her pelt is long and silky as she's taken great care to ensure her appearance is tasteful. her ears are pointed and tufted, and filled with white fur. around her maw is white fur that leads into a lighter ginger, fern-colored tone which spreads to her chest and underbelly. starting from her forehead is a long dark ginger strip that goes down her back into her tail, tipped with red. olive colored orbs are seated within her head.
historically, her family is large and powerful, but Wheatwalker's mother, Cloudspots, was sickly during nursing, this making Wheatwalker slightly smaller than most cats.

DETAILED ► Wheatstar is not the kindest cat in camp, but this is not on purpose. She never intends to be rude, but she does not pay much mind to how she words things, and hasn’t cared to change that. She's blunt and will tell someone how she sees them without a single thought to it. She does not like drama, however, and will avoid it if possible and will openly avoid especially problematic cats, despite being one herself. She is very vain, taking pride in her appearance, and spends a good chunk of her day grooming herself and picking out any dirt and scraps she's gotten on a hunting trip or sparring session, and does the same to any cat that happens to share tongues with her.
Despite her generally undesirable traits, Wheatwalker employs all of her attention when she is with her Clanmates and takes great effort to be optimistic in an attempt to make up for her dislikeable demeanor.

► born to Cloudspots and Talonfoot as Wheatkit, with her brother Larkkit, Wheatkit had a bumpy start in life. Talonfoot was known as a brave and noble warrior, a powerful cat who flinched at nothing. it was not her father who was the problem, though, it was Cloudspots' health. the pair had received multiple warnings from their medicine cat that it would be unwise to become parents, as the spotted she-cat's body wouldn't be strong enough to carry them, they did so anyway.
Cloudspots had often been sick before motherhood, but carrying kits seemed to be the nail in the coffin for her. she lived for three moons after giving birth to her litter - originally four, with two being stillborn - before she succumbed to illness. she had often struggled to make milk and her stubborn personality made her surviving kits suffer for it. Larkkit and Wheatkit did not get the nutrients they needed in life, but they had all the love they could ask for.
the loss of her mother is really the only notable thing in Wheatwalker's life and she thanks the stars for that. Talonfoot, and remaining queens in the nursery, cared for her and her brother until they were apprenticed. It is from Talonfoot that she learned most things, as she was apprenticed to him, and she attributes all of her knowledge and skill to him.
his dislike of kittypets was also passed down to her. clan life - riverclan specifically - is all she knows and cares for. Talonfoot had once been a kittypet himself, against his will, taken as an apprentice. he instilled fear into Wheatwalker when she was only a 'paw, to prevent the same fate from happening to her.
